The Kambalakonda Eco Park, which is also known as Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary, said in a news release that the park administration is planning a camera trapping exercise at the eco park, in accordance with the National Tiger Conservation Authority’s (NTCA) rules.

This will be the first time the wildlife sanctuary has conducted a camera trapping exercise. The camera trapping exercise will reveal the existence of many wild species, including carnivores, in the park.

At the Kambalakonda wildlife sanctuary, camera traps will help in keeping track of the numerous types of deer.
