The Andhra Pradesh State Government has changed the night curfew timings as the number of Covid-19 cases decreases, flattening the curve. Vizag’s night curfew, which began on July 1, has been marginally extended. The night restriction is currently in effect until July 7, with hours ranging from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. However, from July 8, the night curfew will start at 10 p.m. and end at 6 a.m.

In addition, movie theatres in Vizag are now permitted to open with a 50% occupancy rate.

Shops and restaurants have been allowed to stay up until 10 p.m. since July 8. All theatres in Vizag, on the other hand, are required to operate at 50% capacity, with social distancing observed. Additionally, wedding venues, restaurants, and gyms have been instructed to continue to respect Covid-19 guidelines while conducting business.
